"At the beginning of May I changed from Allstate to State farm.(At that time Jessie was not my Agent). Long story short, the agent I had and the people of that agency must not have known what they were doing. After the 5th time going back, 4 months have now gone by because of mistakes on my policy. I finally called the 800 number to find out if I can change agents. The closest Agents. Well that is how I ended up with Jessie. What a difference in service so far. Can't say enough right now. But the policy is now corrected and up to date. I would give 5 stars but he has only been my Agent for a couple weeks but I am sure I won't be disappointed. I might also add that his wife helps him at the office. She is very helpful and will always return your call and make sure that you're taken care of."

"I am so Grateful to God for allowing me to be connected to this insurance agent!!! Mr. Dompreh is truly a life saver in my opinion. He was very professional, went above and beyond to assist me with, not just my vehicle insurance policy but my homeowners insurance as well!!! I know in life we can not always please everyone & at times some situations are just out of our hands (which after reading a few of the most recent reviews almost caused me to pass this office right by) YET, I am so Grateful that I didn't allow anyone else's opion to sway my choice to give this agent a chance. Thanks so VERY MUCH Mr. Dompreh for being who you are as well as being in this line of business! I shopped a few others but am glad I went with you! Blessings & many thanks ALWAYS!!!"

"The worst insurance experience of my life. I've been insured for over 17 years. This has been a nightmare for a year and the choice to get insurance through Jesse's office is something I regret immensely. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience"

"An absolute nightmare. They keep raising the price so now it's $455 for a 4 door Grandma car. I canceled my policy with them and then a week later they still took $455.83 out and refuse to refund. I am a single mother of two special needs children and I myself am partially handicapped. This is robbery."

"Terrible customer service, among other things, told me to just stop paying my premiums instead of helping me cancel my policy. So frustrating and unprofessional."

"Matthew, sorry you felt that way; term (life) policies (which is what you had) will lapse/terminate when you don't pay the premium hence my response in that context. "
