"At the beginning of May I changed from Allstate to State farm.(At that time Jessie was not my Agent). Long story short, the agent I had and the people of that agency must not have known what they were doing. After the 5th time going back, 4 months have now gone by because of mistakes on my policy. I finally called the 800 number to find out if I can change agents. The closest Agents. Well that is how I ended up with Jessie and Marsha Dompreh. What a difference in service. My policy is now corrected and up to date. I been with them 3 plus years and there still a great agency to work with."
